Delete it in the app (recommended)
App > Settings > Account > Delete account
If you can’t use the app
Email tuatara94@naver.com with the details below. We will delete your account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
- Subject: Account deletion request
- The nickname you used in the app
- The Google account email you signed in with
What is deleted
- Your profile (nickname), photos, replies, reactions and notification device info: deleted immediately
- If you are connected to a partner, the connection ends automatically and your photos disappear from your partner’s records too.
What is kept
- Crash logs: automatically deleted 90 days after collection
- Purchase records: kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law
- Report records (if you reported something): kept for 1 year after the report is resolved
- Usage statistics (app usage events that cannot identify you): automatically deleted 14 months after collection
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Plus subscription. Please cancel it first in Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions.
